“The training is just extremely vague and doesn't upgrade my understanding on the topics it covered, for training aimed at personnel already in a managerial position, the points made in this training were rather irrelevant. It also took too long to complete, the idea of touching up on others knowledge is understandable, I just don't think it is as impactful as it's aiming to be.”
