“It was a little over complicated at times and could have easily confused people - such as the question about COSHH regulations (you went quickly from saying all employers are responsible, to talking about employers of 5 or more being the only ones that need to keep certain records - I realise that it was just those that have issues raised in risk assessments, but it was confusingly laid out)”
