“Being introduced to new information was really helpful, as there were a lot of things I wasn't aware of and learning more about personal hygiene when it comes to the safety of myself and the safety of the food. Understanding many different types of bacteria and where they can be found, and how to handle them. Also, understand food labelling and how to understand it further. Furthermore, this information was really helpful, and it will improve my knowledge when it comes to food safety and daily life.”
