“The course is good and gives a good introduction to GDPR and a very basic understanding of it. However, the language used could be simpler, and it would be beneficial if there were more real life examples to illustrate points. E.g. simply presenting lines such as 'Processing is necessary for the purpose of legitimate interests pursued by the controller or a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests, rights or freedoms of the data subject' - wordy, but in reality vague, if the person reading this doesn't already have a good understanding of GDPR and a background in law. A simple real life explanation/example would make it much easier to understand.”
