“It was generally easy to understand. The exam was ridiculously easy, and the correct answer options were too obvious. I do not feel that the level of information give (very good) was matched by the assessment. I think one could pass just by using common sense, without bothering to listen to the content. Therefore I don’t think a pass reflects on the content.”

Hi Alison Thanks for the feedback on the Safeguarding Adults course, we always appreciate it. We're glad you felt the information in the topics was good. We'll discuss the issue of the level of difficulty at the next development meeting and review the question banks. We will consider whether to change any or all of the questions. It may be that you have more experience of the subject than the average person so a lot of it seems like common sense to you, but is new for others.
