“A couple of points of feedback: The example of a school potentially discriminating by failing to install wheelchair ramps is confusing because schools are exempt from the duty to make reasonable adjustments through alterations to a building. (The other aspects of the reasonable adjustments duty do apply to schools.) I found the example that 'changing shift patterns can make it difficult for mothers with small children to adjust to the new times'. Presumably the issue for parents (not just mothers) in that situation is finding childcare rather than 'adjusting' to a different time.”
