For people with dyslexia reading out. The questions is absolutely brilliant but not reading out Select answers to seems a bit strange. You are not. The only people do that but it’s something you should be looking at

Thanks for the feedback on the Manual Handling course, we always appreciate it. We are glad you liked having the questions read out. You make a good point about the answer options not being read out. We will discuss that in the next development team meeting and consider what improvements to make. Thanks again and kind regards, i2Comply team

These trainings are always good, so far the best I have had with detailed explanation and links to websites. All this is very nice but work should also be assessed as to it meets the requirements to a safe loading and if not, provide tools or suggestions. In our case as crew personally loading suitcases and other items in a confined space, we are not provided with anything such as tools, equipment etc. I suggest a rule of the amount of weight a parcel can have would be a good idea like the airlines do. Here there is no limit, we once had a marble statue weighing about 75/100 kg without any wheels or support provided to move it. So basically just like food or restaurants need to meet a quality and cleanliness standard even jobs should be supervised for this. We constantly load in a confined space, what solution do you give if this is already a risk.
