“After some initial confusion about shipping policies, you sent out a second order which arrived via fed ex, as promised, but they were poorly packaged (plastic was coming off the rolls, so there was a significant amount of waste given the damage). In any event, thank goodness I ordered much more than I needed because once I put it up, it was spectacular - the room looks wonderful, I managed to match the colors perfectly and my 7 year old who loves birds loves her new room! Thanks so much!”
