“We totally fell in love with tgis paper. But such a shame we were charged and sent a sample for a product that was out of stock.... the only paper we really liked and unsure if we could ever order it. Feel cheated to have been charged for a sample that we had no ability to order, I think we should have been made aware before dispatch. Has put me off the company in fairness”
