“I bought this test kit for a rented property I own . The test kit cost over £80 and was very disappointed with the packaging it was sent in . It was sent in a plastic bag with no protection. Once opened the plastic test cup was smashed . I emailed the company and was told I could use any cup . The test was easy to use but don’t think I would use this company again.”

Hi Yvonne, we're sorry your item arrived damaged by the courier. I understand that you were offered a replacement plastic cup but also advised that any water container will do if that were an easier/quicker option for you. We raised the damaged cup as a concern with our courier provider, but appreciate that doesn't resolve your issue. Please accept our apologies.
