“I have used this course for assessing my own properties. But what has surprised me is the sheer number of estate agents who aren't even aware of this requirement. I always push them to Hydro X because of my previous incidents which were avoided and lives saved because of the knowledge gained from Vicky Smedley”

“Really good & informative course, I was very happy with the tutor & the company. As a landlord & managing agent this course has given me the wherewithal to comply with the regulations & avoid what could be expensive litigation.”

“Really enjoyed the course and instruction was great! I fed that the two year need to refresh is a bit excessive however without any major regulatory change or no changes to L8 or any of the other documents”
