“A very satisfactory training course. The on-line/webinar format worked well and need not scare of any technophobes. Material provided (work-book) and the on-screen slides were easy to follow and the trainer was able to immediately address any queries or questions.”

“The training itself was very easy to follow. I felt the handout to read beforehand helped me to follow the on-line training easier. Vicky was fantastic and although she couldn't hear me she would ask regularly if I was following ok or had nay questions. I liked the one-to-one element of the course, I have attended some webinar training where there have been 20 or more students and it can be very manic, this was much more laid back and friendly.”
