“I ordered six vests. They were delivered six weeks later with a scribbled apology for the delay. When I asked for a refund they agreed but it would have been better if they had offered this without having to ask. The company seems genuine but badly organised.”

“Genuinely surprised to be asked for a review The vest arrived too late for the event I needed it for and not only was it the wrong size but it had the wrong logo printed on it. I was promised a refund but after a week they hadn't paid it and so I had to complain again at which point the money was refunded immediately”
