“Very good value body warmer. Sadly our order was posted to an address we left 4 years ago, despite us having informed HVW Ltd twice that we had moved and having had other deliveries from them sent to the correct address in the meantime. HVW didn't bother replying to my email complaint despite being our regular supplier for 8 years. Will probably go elsewhere next time.”
