“Very happy with the products from HVW. The design and ordering process on line was very straight forward, as was the proofing process. The initial product I had selected was out of stock but they presented me with an instant solution. Pricing was competitive and ther quality of the hi-vis and print is very good. I would not hesitate to recomend”

“Very helpful customer service. Spoke to company a few times to get order right. Product very good. Website a little confusing, needs to be a bit clearer on exact meaning of where logos go ( e.g, do you want logo on the side as you see it on screen or the actual body). I asked for logo to be on right side of chest but arrived with logo on left. Needed the product so didn't have time to rectify the situation. Would still recommend though.”

“I paid it on 07/08/2021 and I still have not received my order. (04/10/2021 2 months) As the seller said Parcel Force "tried to deliver 2x times" but my wife is at home so no one tried to do the delivery! This is ridiculous and not true! I've contacted the seller after months and I reported this issue. They said I have to contact Parcel Force to do redelivery or collect from the depot. No chance at all! I paid for the correct service and not for this! I emailed the seller I do not want my order anymore and please pay back my money. STILL NO HI-VIS VESTS AND NO MONEY! I hope this review will find the relevant person and I can get back my money otherwise I going to leave reviews on social media! PLEASE CANCELLED MY ORDER AND PAY BACK MY MONEY!”
