“I made the mistake of ordering what I believed was the helmet, as well as the Muff. The helpline staff were precise in the manner of ringing me to check that what I had ordered was correct and easily rectified my final order, prior to printing. My constructive feedback would be not to allow the customisation of the helmet print options on the order pages to be available on-line due to the helmet not being available to order with the muff.”
