“In terms of the product that is excellent, quality made and very happy. However, delivery was slow and which meant I had to email. Response was quick but there was a delay in the order and it would be an extra week. That was fine but I had to chase. The only other comment I have is although well made I am concerned with the size. It does seem a little small and not sure if to send back but the box said it was a 7.5, the slipper says a 7 and there was a sticker in them saying they were a 6. I've gone with what's in the slipper as that what I wanted but packaging rather confusing? Many thanks”
