“Didn't get a confirmation email to say item had arrived in store. Went into the store and asked them to check for me and they point blank refused because I hadn't had the confirmation email for despatch. Waited 10 days with no confirmation....emailed asking why I had been told to collect my item to be told to ring the store. Rang the store explaining so they finally checked for me and said they had been there for days. Went to collect from store....staff were extremely miserable and spoke to each other more than the customers. Won't be using you again!”
