“These were a fab buy at a great price, but unfortunately one was faulty as the fur almost immediately rubbed off at the heel after just a couple of wears. I ordered them online and was apprehensive to send them back via the post, so waited and took them back to the shop in Bolton when I was there with work. The assistant was so helpful and got sorted out someone to look at them and within a couple of weeks I had my refund, no quibbles. I know I was unfortunate this time but I would buy again from Hurleys if for nothing more than the customer service”

“These were bought as a christmas present, i had ordered a size 5, the ones delivered were actually a size 5.5, on further inspection on the box, there was a size 5 label over the existing size 5.5. If it werent for the fact that the recipient was happy with them and fitted, then it would have been the hassle of exchanging.”

Hi Stephen Thank you for your comments, the size you have received is correct , the 5.5 size on the label is due to the American conversion, this is a full uk size 5, please double check the size chart on the ugg.com website for confirmation. sorry for the confusion Hurley web team
