“Been taking marine collagen for a few weeks, I can see slight improvement of my skin but it's early days, so far so good, but I will say that the pack closer needs redoing as it will not close at all, I've had to roll it down and peg it closed”

“I usually have the bovine collagen, but thought I’d try the marine for a change. Don’t know if it’s doing any good yet. With taking this and doing weight training I hope my boned are getting stronger. Take with pure orange juice or vit c for the collagen to be absorbed. Good for tendons and ligaments as well. Husband takes it. Good in smoothies.”
