“I have tried many organic ghee's on the market and have never found much of difference between any of them until I came across this one from Hunter & Gather. My first surprise was that it comes in a much larger jar than most other ghee hence making it not more expensive than it's competitors as I had always thought . My second pleasant surprise was it's melt in the mouth ,smooth ,velvety, creamy consistency .I have had other ghee which was hard and gritty like. My third surprise was it's mild yet very flavoursome fragrant taste compared to the very intense almost burnt taste of some of the other brands I have tried. And lastly it has a much clearer brighter yellow looking colour compared to the unfinished ghee from another brand standing in my fridge where it is probably going to remain for a long time now that I have tasted this ghee from Hunter & Gather!!”
