“I’ve been using this powder for around 2 weeks now and can already see and feel a difference. My skin feels so soft and I just feel really really good. I seem to have more energy. People I’ve not seen for a while have all said how well I look. I bought this when I was looking into a protein powder to help with recovery after workouts and the fact it helps with healthy skin too is a bonus! It is supposed to be neutral taste and smell but I can definitely smell it and taste it. The first time I used it I put it into some squash and it made me gag! However it’s absolutely fine hidden in a smoothie and just about palatable in a glass of milk for a post workout shot. There are cheaper powders out there (and more expensive supplements) but I chose this due to”
