“I was a bit sceptical when I started this but a friend gave me some of his his and told me about the benefits his mum had seen in her health. I expected to notice healthier hair, nails and skin but I did not expect the positive impact on my general gut health (ie bloating) I'm luckily a very healthy person anyway but I did notice an improvement in my joints, especially a reduction in post work out pain within a couple of weeks of starting taking this daily. I add it to my smoothies, porridge or coffee everyday”

“I got my husband on this afternoon breaking his leg and having to have antibiotics. He now continue to take it and now complains that he has to shave every other day when before was only once a week. Secretly he's loving it as he's getting lots of compliments how good his hair and skin is now.”

“I have been really impressed with the collagen powder - it is odourless and mixes well without altering the taste or consistency of my drink. Collagen works so well for me with improvements to my menopausal skin and hair. But what is really great, is that I was using another brand which was of equal cost but half the amount so this is really good value for money.”

“Powder seemed to mix better in hot drinks. In cold drinks it tended to form into slurry. Taste ok. Honestly I felt no benefit to my health after 6 weeks consuming 13 gms per day. Great service from H and G.”
