“I have been using the Bovine Protein Powder for about three months now, so I think that's about a fair amount of time to notice a difference. And I have noticed a difference. I'm over 60, so it's fair to say that basically my body is in danger of falling to pieces at any moment! However, I'm reasonably active, but have one or two sporting injuries - mostly caused by being too competitive during Yoga classes and forgetting myself! I decided to give this collagen powder a try to see if it made any difference, and, yes, it has. My once achy shoulder is much happier in downward dog as is my achilles tendon (which was taking an age to heal). But I have also noticed other improvements: my post-menopausal hair has become noticeably thicker and seems to be growing out stronger. Same with my nails. But the best change has been in how quickly I have noticed cuts and scrapes on my skin heal. I'm a keen gardener, and am sometimes prone to be over-enthusiastic when pruning, so scratches from branches are an inevitability. Very happy to recommend this product.”

“So far I haven't seen the same results with this product that I was experiencing with a previous collagen supplement. However, I'm happy with knowing how it's sourced and the quality should be high. Hoping my hair and nails will start to grow again”
