“Having a fish allergy i found it difficult to find a Collagen, so glad i found this one because after just a couple of weeks i can see the benefits, stronger nails that have actually grown with no splitting & shinier, healthier looking hair. So it can only be doing good on the inside of me too. Highly recommended.”
