“I have struggled with problems of fatigue, poor sleep, skin rashes and hair loss and the difference now is amazing. I have a cupboard full of different vitamins and supplements I have taken for the the last few years that will now be going in the bin. Four years ago I found out I was Gluten intolerant, I changed my diet, and through trial and error gradually improved although there seemed to be something missing. Collagen Peptides was the missing ingredient, I didn't know or understand the importance of organ meats and good fats, now I have seen the light and I am a convert. I add it to smoothies, soup, pancakes and many other recipes.”
