“I use collagen powder in my coffee and add it to cream/yoghurt, and most sauces that I serve with meals. I've also used it in cake and muffin recipes and had success with the addition of a couple of teaspoons when making pannacotta. The possibilities for using the powder would appear to be endless... not to mention the well-documented health benefits!”
