I was really happy with these but did the composition change? I’m sure there was Irish Sea water in previous ones?

Thank you for your review, Celine ⭐️ Glad you are really happy with the Unflavoured Restore Electrolytes 🙌 The magnesium used in our electrolytes is derived from Marine Magnesium in the form of Magnesium Citrate. This magnesium is extracted from seawater and comes with other trace minerals, offering a high-quality and effective source of magnesium. 🙏 We hope this helps and thank you for your support! With thanks, Mariah

My question (not a review as such) is about the effect this product has on my blood pressure. I'm on meds for BP and wonder if any examination of the sodium effect has been considered? The product itself is fantastic and I do believe in the positive nature of daily electrolytes. Having single portion packets is perfect for the daily water bottle

I have been on a Keto & Carnivore Diet for almost 2 years and have had minimal issues. After introducing more strength and cardio training, I noticed mild slight symptoms of fatigue, cramping, headaches, heart palpitations and sleep issues. It prompted me to look it up and my symptoms seemed have pointed to lack of essential minerals. And the suggested remedy was to try out electrolyte products as a possible solution. Since then, adding electrolytes to my daily routine seemed to have resolved the issues. As to my rehydration plan, I mix in one sachet to a 750ml bottle of water and sip through it as part of my daily routine. Taste wise, it tastes like sea water and the taste can vary depending on how much water you add to the mix. For those who prefer a product with clean ingredients, I would recommend the UNFLAVOURED version. I hope this is helpful. IMPORTANT HEALTH WARNING: I would suggest Hunter & Gather put up a health warning in their marketing materials and on the product to warn potential users who have heart disease and/or have issues with water retention in the body to seek medical advice before consuming the product. Based on my personal experience, I had shared a sachet with a friend who had recovered from an angioplasty precedure (placing a stent in the heart artery to fix blockages). After consuming 750ml (one sachet), he encountered allergy-like symptoms of swelling around the eyes, mild blurred vision and slight irritation in the eyes. He immediately suspected he had perhaps over consumed sodium. Based on that assumption, he drank his daily recommended quantity of water over the enxt 24 hours and the symptoms subsided. This promoted me to want to share with Hunter & Gather to put up a Warning Message on their products and advertisements for public safety.

Hey Wei, Thank you so much for your amazing review. It's wonderful to hear that the Restore Unflavoured Electrolytes have made such a difference to your symptoms. As you say the more water you add the less salty they are we recommend a subtle salty twist in 1000ml of water to seriously salty in 500ml. Whether you're gearing up for a heavy workout, tackling a busy day at the office, or simply looking to replenish electrolytes lost during sleep, Restore is your answer to peak physical performance, mental clarity, and overall well-being. With regards to a health warning if you have a look at the back of the pack you will see we do add instructions that if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any medication, or have a medical condition we would advise that you please consult your healthcare professional before use. You can also find additional FAQs on our help center through the link https://help.hunterandgatherfoods.com/en-US/articles/restore-electrolytes-(-unflavoured-mixed-berry-lemon-and-lime-)-140175 however I have also let our team know so we can look into it for future. So glad to hear that your friend's symptoms resided and he was ok after drinking water throughout the day to flush through his system. Thank you again for your support, Nyree

Was happy to see that Hunter & Gather have made these! Also great to see a UK company giving us products like this instead of paying mark ups from USA (think L*NT etc). Would love to see more flavours in the future but the unflavoured are very good, ½ a sachet in 500ml of water makes a great drink with subtle flavour. I use one sachet daily & definitely feel the benefits Not a fan of lime or berry so not tried those options however would love to see an apple/elderflower flavour option or mint/mojito in the future. Great product, (please think of doing a sparking drink like L*NT have recently launched). Keep going with the products, I use the Thrive Coffee, Collagen Creamer, Bovine collagen, Tallow & MCT oil, I enjoy them all.
