“Really enjoyed the sachet in 750mls of water. At first it’s quiet salty but you soon get used to the taste and get the flavour coming through, great for a Keto/Carnivore way of living!”

“great product! if you want a sugary or sweetener most drink this probably isn't the one for you. The flavour is subtle and takes some getting used to. a great way to get electrolytes and improve brain clarity or reduce headaches. I use every Monday to get into the swing of the week.”

“It takes some getting use to, as it's not as fruity as you expect. Once you get use to the taste, it's actually quite nice and easy to drink. Make sure you follow the guidance of water quantity to sachet, it definitely makes it less over powering. Returning customer”

“I love that this product isn’t full of sugar or stevia. If I want a bit of sweetness I add organic raw honey. Recommend!”

“Love the Berry flavour. The first time you try them you think wow that’s salty but after a couple of days it’s more the flavour of berry that’s there. Since having these daily I’ve not had any muscle cramps and also don’t get such bad aching muscles after football and sports anymore. I used to take magnesium and potassium supplements daily and they didn’t help anywhere near as well as these drinks. Another excellent product from H&G thanks guys”

“Love the product - it's all about expectations. If you expect it to be sweet, it'll taste salty. If you expect it to taste fruity, it'll taste salty. If you expect it to taste salty, it'll taste fruity! It's no lucozade - and neither would I want it to be. Essentially, I'm looking for something as healthy as water, that tastes good, but with a few more electrolytes to help me replenish when I've sweated... This is it!”
