“A very nice salad dressing, I normally make my own as the shop bought ones are full of rapeseed or sunflower oil and often have sugar added in some form. My own dressings are very unsophisticated so it was really lovely to be able to try this professionally made one, I was really impressed not only by the depth of flavour but also by the intensity of the flavour, I found I needed a lot less on my salad than I thought, it definitely enhanced the food a great deal. A winner for me.”
