“This is an absolutely delicious olive oil mayonnaise, and with the lemon added, is even more tasty. As healthy a mayonnaise as you can get if you're trying to avoid lectins in your diet by choosing olive oil mayo instead of other vegetable oils, without actually making it yourself! I'm already through one and about to order another.”
