“Like so many people often forget to drink water during the day, I make sure that I prepare my electrolytes when I wake up in the morning put them in my flask and put them in the car and I drink it on the way to and from work. Creating habits like this have been so much easier, thanks to Hunter and Gather. These taste great and aren’t too salty. Just right to keep me focused and energised every day.”
