“I can't get away with this as an addition to coffee, so am trying to use it in other ways. I haven't noticed much of a difference”

“I have this MCT oil in my coffee in the mornings and this sees me through training and all the way till lunchtime and does not break my fast. Great for fasting and to have something in you if you training early in the morning so you do not have a complete empty tummy. Great value for money, quick delivery, great company. It is always good to help smal businesses and know exactly where the products are made and shipped from.”

“Can't say a lot on this as only had it for a few weeks and haven't consumed it every day but it has a non intrusive smell and neutral taste so doesn't ruin your coffee or smoothies etc. I will reorder when I run out.”

“I cannot eat fats and I’m having lots of digestive issues. My functional medicine practitioner recommended this oil as it helps with my nutrition and is easily absorbed without the need for bile. I love that is also in a glass bottle without the use of hexane solvents.”
