“I bought this to go in coffee in place of cream, but I haven’t got used to it yet. It has no flavour but it doesn’t sweeten and soften coffee the way cream does. I’m trying to work out how else I can use it. Maybe in peppermint tea?”

Hey Alex, Thank you so much for your review. Our MCT Oil can be used in salads, shakes, or coffee. You can even take it straight from a spoon! If you are wanting to add it to your coffee we would always recommend that you use a blender or handheld frother to make sure the oil has been incorporated and makes that smother consistency. “Read up on the benefits of MCT oil on a keto diet. I add to my coffee in the morning and also mix it with mayonnaise and a splash of water to make a dressing.”
