“I bought the marine based collagen which arrived promptly. Tbh I was horrified with the smell of fish when I opened it. I have tried it in various ways and found that in drinks such as fruit juice the texture of the drink changed too much which I didn’t like. Also anything hot such as porridge made it seem to smell BUT when I mixed it with my dry museli and then be added milk i could not smell or taste it at all. At first I thought I wasn’t going to carry on but now I might give it a go for 3 months to see if it makes any difference to my skin. But might change to a ready mixed flavoured form with another company although more expensive as easier to eat.”
