“Had previously tried the bovine and wanted to try the marine and am going to do day about I think. Tastes nice and creamy similar to the bovine one (no fishy or beefy taste). Blends well into smoothies, coffees etc or good just with water. My hair is definitely thicker and my nails are growing rapidly!”
