“Tends to be a bit congealed in the winter. Now that the weather has warmed up the oil is at its optimum. Pourability is fine and the taste is extra smooth for salads and cooking. I'm told the oil is very good for dry skin etc. but I've not tried it myself.”

“The oil was recommended to me to use along with Hemp oil for cooking. I must admit it makes my Jamaican cooking taste extra flavoursum. My kids keeps telling me that I have put a little extra TLC but it's really my new cooking oil. Lol.”
