“I purchased a jar of this not entirely sure what to expect, but, I thought, it's mayonnaise - I like that, it's got chipotle and lime in it - I like those, so should be OK. What I did not expect was how well those flavours combine. Who knew mayonnaise could taste like this?! I had some on my avocado and tuna salad this lunchtime - it's amazing. On a dull, winter's day like today, this mayonnaise adds a lively, chilli, kick to lunchtime. Love this product. Oh, and it's great with hard boiled eggs too!”
