“This mayo is thicker in consistency than the other two - sometimes we mix it with some of one of the others to make it thinner. The flavour is good, spicy but not too hot. If we want it hotter, we stir in some tabasco sauce.”

“This is absolutely delicious if you like a little heat with your mayo - an explosion of flavours and brings to life anything which might otherwise be a little bland (leftover omelette, avocado, etc) and so helpful on keto diet.....”
