“Dead on arrival. So much for 'certified refurbished' and 'fully tested'. To be fair a replacement was sent fairly quickly and that one worked perfectly. We had bought a refurbished HDR-1800T as a replacement for an old one that had developed a fault, so we are very familiar with using the HDR-1800T and very happy with the overall design, but our experience shows that reliability may not be that good.”
