“I cannot give a review as the Humax I ordered on 6th October hadn’t arrive on the 17th October! After numerous phone calls I was told a number of different reasons. The last one being the courier had lost it and I have had a full refund.”
“SADLY the 1st box they sent , set up was okay, i programmed a whole week of recordings that would be repeated for the 2nd week, as i knew i was away on vacation at that time, and when i came home SHOCKED to find that NONE recorded, was giving an ERROR message like the hard drive wasnt working
They gave me some instructions to reformat drive, BUT ALL that did was DELETE WIFI function and FREEVIEW PLAY, and on set up i could NEVER tick their terms and conditions and CONNECT to wifi, to be FAIR, they sent a courier with another box, and took the BAD one away, the refurb team need to do MORE in depth recordings and test it thoroughly not just say we can tune channels and all is set up
DO LOVE TO PRERECORD programmes so then i can SKIP adverts , i hope they CONTINUE to manufacture these boxes, thanks”
