“I bought two of these fro different rooms and neither of them would connect consistently to the FVP box. Only Netflix worked properly so I am returning the whole package. Very disappointing as was the customer service who didn't respond to THREE emails I wrote to them.”
“The series driven remote is tedious. It might be more useful if it were to start up where it was left the last time it was used.
I am probably not driving it properly, but I seem to have to re-boot the unit very day. The idea of "plug & play" is not getting fully embedded into the unit as it doesn't "play" whenever I switch on the unit from "standby". I have to turn it off at the mains and re-boot every time I use it even though I am using it with a Humax t.v.”
“I bought this as I have a TV Player account (I'm anti Sky) and didn't want cables draping across my floor from a PC to my TV. It is a good piece of equipment but the biggest drawback is that there are some channels on the web page on my PC that aren't available on the H3. If the full channels were available then this would be the perfect unit to view TV Player on. I did contact both Humax and TV Player about the missing channels and its to do with broadcasting rights so hopefully this will be sorted sooner than later.”
