This was purchased to replace a reconditioned 9150T, which was very good but developed a fault. This model is smaller and neater and it is good to be able to get channels that we previously could not. However, we find it awkward to use, particularly when accessing and setting up recordings. The old one was easy in both situations in that the recorded programmes were listed by date not in one lump as they are on the 4000T, where you have to go into each one to see where you are. Watching and deleting is also more time consuming - not a simple function as previously.

A good machine which delivers what it states on the box. The space for each programme and channel on the on screen guide is too big which means you can only see 5 programmes. it would be better if smaller so more could be seen on each screen. I guess 5 demand will appear at some stage??? the ability to record so many progs at once is a great feature.
