Program guides are a bit messy when navigating different times to record, I have probably been spoilt or use to a Tivo box that Virgin used, but with me they are finished, and ,have to move on ,seems also that I have to click on different things more than is needed to get a result where once would do

It is an excellent product - the only problem that I had was connecting the ethernet cable to my router that was in a separate room. It would be helpful if it was explained that you can buy an AV600 Powerline starter kit for circa £25 which enables the connection to be made through ordinary household plugs. This connection caused me frustration until I found this easy solution.
