“I have Three of your Humax 1100s but the last one I bought from you, I keep getting trouble with.
I have to keep turning off at the mains to get it to work every time I want to put the tele on.

“This item was not purchased for my own use but as a christmas gift for a daughter who wanted a replacement for her Sky setup. Her comments to date have indicated that there is definitely something far better than sliced bread and in her words, "a brilliant bit of gear, still exploring all its facilities".”
“Although connected to a fast broadband system it keeps telling me that the speed is too slow. I did contact Humax about the free month of Netflix and have not had a reply. I hope they are better if something important has to be worked out.”
“No display to show what channel is on or how long you have left on a recording.
The TV guide is poorly displayed as there are no lines to separate programs.The record symbol can be next a program you are not recording.
If you record on channel 4 it does not ask if you want to record in HD.
Messages come on screen which are not correct like cannot change channel when you are not trying to.
The channel numbers are poorly set up.
1) BBC 1 2)BBC 2 HD 3)ITV 4) Channel 4 5)5 HD 6) BBC1 HD 7) BBC 4 HD.
ITV HD is on 11 why is it not on 4
Channel 4 HD is on 126 why is it not on 4.
The box works OK but not a lot of thought has gone into it.

“I should have read all the blurb before buying freesat box. It works well and is easy to use but I thought I would be able
to access more apps. I phoned humax to check bu the person I spoke to I thought was a touch casual and offhand telling me more apps may arrive sometime.
Looks like I’ll have to buy a telly with them all built in!!”
“Very good crisp picture and sound,the roll back feature is a very useful innovation.Small, neat looking unit, quiet running with excellent recording features. Only minor complaint, ..the position of the LED makes it almost invisible. Overall, a great little unit, especially in white !”
