Worrying because the new unit has completely transformed the performance of the recorder for the better, implying that the original remote control wasn't working correctly from the start. That aside, the speed and efficiency of the order process and delivery was extraordinarily good. Order placed late afternoon, delivery next morning.”

“The new replacement hand set is better than the old one, and I still like using the Humax Box, but as I couldn't connect the new hand set to the box, I telephoned Humax customer support. The man I spoke to was unhelpful, and when I asked him to speak more slowly to explain the process I needed to follow to connect the handset, it made no difference as he was still unhelpful, so I gave up trying to listen to him, and had to struggle through setting up the handset myself - Not a good example of Humax customer services”
