“new remote works accurately - the one it replaced had become unreliable or unresponsive after 18 months. Just occasionally it seems to miss the first presses on volume but it's OK and changes chaennels properly, which was a problem with the old one.”
“This is the second RM-L08 that I have bought to replace the one supplied with the recorder. While they all have started out fine some of the buttons soon start to lose contact especially the forward and fast forward buttons.”

I feel quite insulted by this e-mail. I ordered a remote and realised that we didn't need it so returned it for a refund. It took me over 3 weeks, many phone calls, several e-mails and a letter to obtain my refund, with no response from Humax at any time. So very disappointed with the treatment I received from Humax.”
“This was purchased on behalf of a relative who was having problems with a Humax FVP5000T she owned. The remote was not used and returned in accordance with your instructions several weeks ago for a refund. Since then nothing has been heard. Also my questions about the problem were ignored which is why I ordered the remote in the first place. I think my 2 stars were very,very, generous. Should null pointes have been considered?”
“The > button on the original remote became unusable. After I received the new one I then opened up the old one which was easier than it looked and it was a simple fix by reapplying carbon on the pad. Both are working now and thats fine.”
