“Original remote started playing up and despite new batteries it failed completely. Called Humax for help and was given the information to find on the website. Ordering was easy. Delivery was 48 hours which was better than expected. Now everything is back to working order. Many thanks Humax.”

This one is exactly the same except that after pairing it with the Samsung tv I find that I cannot switch the tv on or off using using the Humax remote. I now have to turn the tv on with the Samsung remote and change channels with the Humax remote. I am seriously considering going back to Sky.”
