“The mesh is not sewn into the zip properly. It should have 2 lines of stitching. On one of the doors has only caught one line on a corner. Hugglepets suggested I use the carrier and get back to them if I encounter problems. It shows how little they know about animals. By then, it'll be too late, my cat will have escaped. The zips are also really frilly and difficult to use, as well as not as strong as the website suggests. Probably fine to use as a dog den indoors, but not safe to transport a loved pet safely.”
