“I purchased a strap on 29 Oct and received an email on 20 Nov that order has been shipped via Royal Mail. Tracking number provided is invalid and was I informed on 29 Nov that order has been confirmed to be “re-shipped” via UPS for some reason. I followed up with multiple emails to request for the UPS tracking details but to no avail. I then finally cancelled the order on 14 Dec. Turns out the order has not been shipped at all despite their confirmation. Nothing but delays and lies! Really disappointed”
